I hope that everyone has a restful weekend. I saw the MO yesterday. She spent over an hour with me and presented me with all the options for treatment. I never cease to be thankful and so impressed with the doctors and staff at MGH! They are just fantastic in every way! So, we ruled out the AC regimen due to my age and med. history. She is recommending Taxol+Herceptin for 12 weeks , then chemo for 6 weeks and Herceptin for the remainder of the year followed by aromotase inhibitor for 5 yrs.  I could also do just the radiation and Herceptin for a year and then the aromatase inhibitors for 5 yrs.  Or, just the radiation and aromatase inhibitor for 5.

Has anyone done the 12 week Taxol and Herceptin? Thanks.

i am going to think this through over the weekend.
