selective IGM deficiency

I have been told that I have selective IGM deficiency my level should be no lower than 40 but was at 13 for almost 4 years, now it's down to 9. dont know why and Dr's dont seem to worry about it. any one know about this thing. I had breast cancer in 09 with 48 rounds of radation.
