Milk substitute

Hubby is refusing Boost or Ensure ever since he threw a Boost up Friday night. We've returned to Carnation Instant which is fine. However the milk aggravates his mucous issue of course. Should we give almond milk a try?

No to Soy or Almond milk

Sorry, but soy and Almond milk will make you produce as much mucus as milk does. All yeast, soda, caffeine, all dairy, wheat, and many others will produce more mucus.

    Milk

My husband's nutritionist suggested he use FAIRLIFE milk.  It has more calories and more protein.  They sell it at most major grocery stores right next to the regular milk.  My husband loves it and we have actually replaced our regular milk with FAIRLIFE for the entire family.  It is a bit pricey, but well worth it.
