? tamoxifen?

Hi

   I am a stage three BC survivor,  I have been on Tamoxifen for over a year.  Not really liking it.  But i know i have to take it.  Don't care for mood changes, hard to lose weight, etc.  But i do have a question about this drug, with red light therapy, and the sun, and even very low grade tanning beds.  Is it bad?  My reconstruction doctor, says the the red light therapy is good and i should keep doing it.  But i am sure he doesn't know if tamoxifen can have a bad side effect.  Just wondering.

But another question, since it is a non estrogen pill, anyone notice pain during sex... ?  please help with this too.

    NO advice..on sun...but i was on Tamoxifen for 5 yrs.  I have been off it now for about 2 yrs. I did have a total hysterectomy due to the med (enlarged uterus-which is a known side effect)

    I HOPE others here have advice.
