Chemo embolization after effects

I am 5 days past my embolizatio. This is my 3rd one. Never before, have I experienced the pain like this. It feels like a knife in my ribs!!!!!!!     Has anyone experienced this?????

    I've had three TACE procedures performed, separated by four or five months and had minimal issues.  Never had any pain like you've experienced.

    I hope you're feeling better

    Hi, I hope your pain has subsided. My hubby had a few chemoembolization treatments in the past year. He's had various burning pains afterward. The worst was in the center of his chest. After an endoscopy it was discovered to have been caused by an ulcer. Not clear as to it being caused by the treatment though. Whatever pain he did have was managed with pain meds.
