Suspicious red spot in mouth

in Head and Neck Cancer #1

I am closing in on 4 years NED, and suddenly I have been having bad tongue reactions to certain foods, then last week I starting having real bad post nasal drip and sore throat. This morning I see a dark red spot in side my mouth, on my back right cheek, it wasn't there yesterday. I have a doctor's appoinment in 2 days, but I having a lot of anxiety today about everything. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard. Has anyone experienced these things?
