Recommendations for oral surgeon familiar with H&N cancer

Hi all, wondering if anyone here can recommend an oral surgeon familiar with operating on people that are post H&N cancer radiation treatment.
My upcoming issue is Tori bone growths on the bottom of my mouth. This May, I'll be 5 years post treatment and I'm a good two to three years out I think, but I'm wanting to do research now. Obviously, I'll be needing to do hyperbaric treatments before and after. My *hope* is that these Tori bone growth are basically new growth, which means it is healthy bone so the area would be positioned a bit better for healing without complications. They are doing laser removal now and I know there is at least one doctor doing that kind of removal. Still looks traumatic, but hopefully, the trauma to the area would be less.
So those are my hopes. I discussed the situation with my old ENT ( now retired ) and he came back with "don't do it", so I'd like to talk with an oral surgeon versed in working with cancer patients.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thank you!
