Need dental work experiences after Zometa...

My wife had stage III IDC dx in 2009.  She was prescribed Zometa every 6 months, 10 doses in all up to 2014.  Since then she has had 2 extractions from the lower jaw, no problems or signs of osteo necrosis of the jaw, ONJ.  She now has a top back molar that may have to be extracted.  We are worried as we are each time a dental procedure is invasive in any way.  Thanks to all for sharing what you can from your personal experiences/observations with dental work after Zometa infusions.  Praying it is all good news.
