Happy New Year
Hello all,
I wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year and say thank you for being here for me during a scary time in my life. I appreciated all your experiences and advice which helped me get through my diagnosis and surgery. It has been 2 1/2 months since my right kidney was removed and I am getting stronger and getting back to my life. I still have future scans, and am hoping for the best.
I wish the best for everyone and hope that new treatments allow those in later Stages to continue living a long time.
To all the new people, welcome, You have found a great place with supportive people who can provide great information and experiences. Getting a Cancer diagnosis is one of the most difficult things to go through; however, we are all fortunate to have this site and a group of great people to help us with information and our concerns.
Best wishes for a better 2017 for all of us.
Iggy
