Elevated PSA following RCC?

greetings!   

Wondered if any of you gentlemen have experienced elevated PSA (prostate) level following RCC surgery?  Mine jumped a whole point to 4.9 from last year.  I had open partial neph in January 2016 and clear CT scan in August.   appreciate any feedback before i head to the urologist again.

    Mine also went up a point last year

    But I am 14 years post neph. Probably not connected.

    psa poor test

    lots of false positives and false negatives.  can shoot up from a difficult poop day.
