FIRST DAY TAKING LETROZOLE AND I ALREADY DONT LIKE IT. MY SKIN IS FEELING WEIRD LIKE TINGLING AND LITTLE PINS PRICKING MY SKIN AND NOW MY STOMACH IS A LITTLE UPSET........HELP ME PLEASE
