A healing attitude
As survivors, at one point in our lives--whether it was last decade or last month--a wicked, foreign agent wedged it's way into our body. This is such a violent happening toward our balance, and for many of us; it may take the entirety of our time on earth to recover this equilibrium. However, it is so crucial that we never lose conciousness of this: our being is naturally facing the direction of this balance, always in the process of healing. This is just as mch true in the middle of our chemo regimens as it is two years after we end treatments. Every time we take in negative contributions--chemically or spiritually--the natural healing proess is stunted.
Close your eyes, and realize that right now your body working toward for your wellness--nurture it in this effort.

Rightly said, Believing is achieving. If one wants to heal from any problem, first he must believe he can do it.
