if you have been advised no
if you have been advised no more can be done, it may just be her way of handling or accepting things. It will be hard for you to see, her feelings will not have changed for the people in her life it's just she is probably tired and has no more fight left. I too would want no fuss and just want peace and quiet. Sad time for you both.

I completely understand your wife!
I completely understand your wife's feelings. I went through a stage in my treatment & recovery where I didn't want any interaction whatsoever with others. I believe that makes us feel like we're being treated differently than before we were diagnosed, which is what we really don't want! The only person I really wanted to talk to about this situation was my husband (who still refuses to talk about it AT ALL) and my sister. Just give her time, and she will come around. I'll say a prayer for you for strength to get both you and your wife over this difficult time!
