Metastatic breast cancer

Hi,  My  name is Karrianne and I was diagnosed with metestatic breast cancer last March. I had a mastectomy and reconstruction. They got all my cancer in my breast which only left very small spots in my neck, chest, lungs, lymphnodes and the soft tissue around my heart. My question is, I took a CT scan this past week and my cancer had not moved at ALL. For the second time! The last CT we just figured the chemo had done its job, but this time (because I couldnt take my chemo pill with my mastectomy) my cancer hadnt moved and I hadnt been on my chemo OR hormone inhibitor for 7 months! HOWEVER, my immune system keeps dropping crazy low, I had to have 5 nupogen shots last month. I want to be happy about this, but something tells me this is the calm before the storm. Does anyone have any experience with this? I am so confused! Some days I feel like I need to get my affairs in order quickly and other days I feel like time is on my side! this UNKNOWN makes me anxious lol! Please lend me any experience anyone has had similar to mine?!
