Best treatment centers for clear cell

in Ovarian Cancer #1

My mother was just recently diagnosed with ovarian clear cell stage 2b. Looking at getting a second opinion since her dr has never seen this particular type of ovarian cancer. What are the best centers for treatment?  She's located in sc but willing to travel.
