Any advice on taking Lenvatinib in combination with Everolimus?

Any thoughts out there on the best time to take these drugs? Pharmacist said at night before bed to minimize side effects. I'm new to this pill stuff Torisel and Opdivo were infusion...

Any insight would be great!
