Hi NewHere,
I'm sorry you're having issues. Just to clarify, are you unable to contact us via the contact form here (http://csn.cancer.org/contact ) ? If so, what error are you seeing? If you are able to use the 'Contact Us' form, please fill that out and we will troubleshoot this issue you with you there.
Thanks,
Simone

Hi Simone
I had sent a message through the system to another member of the forum. I received an email that the member replied to my message, so I clicked through to read the message. I am told I cannot access the message (though I am logged in and tried on two different devices). Additionally the message I originally sent is not to be seen in my sent folder. This has happened a couple of times since the last update. At first I thought it was user (me) error, but I am not sure at this point.

Happened to me tooNewHere said:Hi Simone

Sent an email, got confirmation the message sent. And it has never been seen again. Not in outbox. VERY frustrating. Sometimes upgrades are not upgrades at all.....

Thanks for the additional information guys. I will forward this onward to our tech team and see what we can figure out.
Can I ask what browser you guys are using? I tried to replicate this on both Chrome and Firefox, but was unable to do so.
Thanks!

I can try other browsers and OSes if you like to test. But if I send a bunch of messages to test out, please do not flag me as spam
