My pre op CT scan showed 2 on

My pre op CT scan showed 2 on each lung. a 5mm, 3mm and two 2 mm. I had just gotten over a cold. I also had 1 granuloma. My first pist oo scan is in about 5 weeks and if course I've worried this whole time but consider that 2 mm is about the size of a crayon tip. I also posed my concern on the lung cancer page and was told they are tiny and not to stress. The drs will watch them. Of course I will stress anyway. Lol.

I know this is an incredibly old post! But just wondering how you’re doing now? My pre-op ct scan showed a 3 mm long nodule “statistically speaking probably benign”. Waiting for a surgery date - not even 100% sure it’s cancer. Just seeing how you are now and what happens with the lung nodules? Hope all is well!

Everything is great. The nodules haven’t changed in size since discovered in 2017. No more scans needed according to the doctors.
