    My oncologist wants me to go

    My oncologist wants me to go on Megace/tamoxifin and my second opinion doctor thinks Letrozole is better.  I am torn on which one is the best for me.  Please share your comments.

    Explains the different hormonal treatments for cancers, each with their pros and cons. Maybe it would help to ask your doctors why they prefer one plan of action vs. another. I'm thinking I need to do the same with my doctor who has only mentioned progesterone to me. Maybe it depends on your pathology reports or what he suspects was your hormonal involvement in getting endometrial cancer in the first place. I don't quite have a grasp on that, but I'd sure like to know.
