in Kidney Cancer #1

while taking blood thinners, has anyone ever had to have this type of surgery?  What are the do's and dont's?  How did you prepare?

    Blood thinners

    Usually prior to surgery your doctors will have you back off or stop blood thinners whenever possible.  How have your doctors advised you to proceed?
