    You will be fine

    tpstadler,

At 1.8 cm you are scheduled for a full and complete recovery from the surgery alone. Being 67 years old it is going to take you alittle longger than most to recover. Hopefully you will be back to a slow normal in under 2 months. I was 59 when I had mine almost 14 years ago. Your prognosis is excellent for a full recovery in any event.

    Uncomfortable

You will be uncomfortable for a while but a full recover should occur.  The tumor is relatively small you your long term prognosis should be good.  Good luck
