Breast reconstrution options

I am coming to the part of my journey where I will make my choice of what kind of final reconstruction I want. Flap is a very long recovery and two healing locations..tummy and breast. I'm am so sick of surgery and healing process. We all know how long it takes to get your body back after each surgery!
I am know thinking of going with silcone implants under the muscle. Anyone else care to weigh in on their choice and experience would be appreciated. I will also have nipples done at same time so once again as we all know it will be healing and scaring.
Thanks in advance for your views and experiences ladies.

Implants
I have silicone implants that were placed under the muscle. I am happy with the results. They look real when I am dressed and are comfortable (way more comfortable than the expanders). The surgery was very easy. I was home before lunch. No pain killers needed - I just took Tylenol for a couple of days. I was up and about that same day. I felt tired for a few days afterward but that was it for me. I had my nipples done in a separate surgery
