Still waiting on treatment plan

in Breast Cancer #1

the last I heard from my reg. Cancer dr. They wanted to do hot Chemo.Now in the bigger hospital they have taken my case bfore the board several times.As you know the waiting is horrible.Been five weeks since surgery.Said this is a u nique case.I have overary Cancer with no Overarys.Never thought it was possible.But it is.

    No Treatment Plan

    Hi Pat,

    I have been following your story and am SO sorry that your pathology results turned out like they did. I also was not aware that it was possible to have Ovarian Cancer without actually having ovaries. Live and learn. I only know a little about "hot chemo." Have you visited the Colorectal Cancer board? Those folks might be a lot more familiar with it those of us here on the Breast Cancer board. I'm glad your case has been presented to the Tumor Board at your hospital. It means you are getting a lot of input on your treatment plan. When do they expect to have a decision on your treatment plan? I don't think doctors are aware of how difficult the waiting is for us. I think 5 weeks is plenty of time myself. Perhaps it is time to start making some calls and trying to get this show on the road.

    Sorry to hear no plan

    Sorry to hear no plan yet...to use it's urgent to Drs, , staff, hosptials not sure urgent.
