YIKES!!  I don't take any

YIKES!!  I don't take any antioxidant supplements but I've tried to eat "good" food like berries and oranges every day.  Maybe I should lay off them??

reminds me of that song, "Everything Gives You Cancer."  Gives one pause, though, especially if you're currently taking anti-oxidant supplements.   

Eldri, I don't think anti-oxidants in food are a problem from everything that I've read, even in this study.

Say NO to worry.about every dis and dat

It is the chemical filled antioxidant pills created in a lab by money hungry mad chemist that I am afraid of ,not foods with natural antioxidant properties that we should be eating, of course in moderation.
