Hello and Happy New Year!
Hi all, Just wanted to say hello and catch up on everyone's progress. As I approach my 3 year mark NED and adjust a bit more mentally to my "new body", I would like to say that I am greatful to be here to share this day with all of you and greatful that you are all here to read it. Keep fighting the good fight to those still in the battle. There are many of us cheering for you daily. Prayers and good wishes to all in the New Year! Love, Helen
Greatful to be alive on December 30, 2015=)

Happy New Year to you and all of us here. May we not have new members because there isn't a need. And may all of us enjoy good health and long life.

Happy New Year to us all, may life and love embrace you and carry you through this trial. If not either than pure obstinance, saying **** you to that which would take you away from what we know and hold dear............................Dave

I'll change the avatar to me in a while, but I want folks to know the face of the my best friend, my 'soul mate'", though I always thought that wasn't somehow right. We were'nt the same or even similar, but we complemented each other like a glove and a hand. Sorry about the syntax and spelling, but it's just short of midnight, and I'm reflecting on the hardest year of my life, and I'm happy to be here, but God it hurts. Here's to a better new year to all.....................Dave

Thank you, Dave, for posting a picture of your beautiful wife. The pain of loss must cut deep, especially as you walk into the new year without her physically by your side. You know that she is there, though. In some unseen realm.
Your attitude is good. Embrace the pain and the joy. In the end, they will go hand in hand and work for your benefit.
