Stomach Cancer Diagnosis Question

I had an endoscope 24 months ago and a high grade dysplasia polyp was found and removed.  I researched high grade dysplasia on the net and found out it is the final step before getting gastric cancer.  The average time for getting the disease from the time the dysplasia is found is 15 months.  I just had my 2nd endoscope 3 days ago and I'm terrified to find out the results.  My symptoms are: burping, heartburn, diarrhea, flatulence and when I swallow I feel my adam's apple.  Can anyone relate to my situation and offer some insight as to what I might expect. Thank you.
