pain in neck

in Lymphoma (Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin) #1

My husband has follicular iymphoma and is having pain in the neck where most of the cancer is--is this normal--he had it once before and the doctor had him do a round of antibiotics and then said that it was not needed--still not sure --any help would be appreciated--should i take him to the hospital
