TSH and Free T4 increases

Had thyroidectomy in Oct 2014.  My tsh and free t4 increased.  My tsh is at 1.170 and free t4 is at 1.48.  What does that mean?  Does it mean just need to increase my synthroid meds?  Thank you.

    Lab Results

    If those levels are still within normal limits, it doesn't mean much.  Those limits should be shown on the lab results.  It MAY mean you should reduce your synthroid.

    If you're concerned or unsure, you REALLY, REALLY, REALLY need to talk to your doctor about your results.
