When does the diarrhea go away!!???

Hi
it's me again. I am done with chemo. 6 rounds. For some reason this last one has been very tough on my intestines. It is day 9-10 and still have very bad episodes of diarrhea!!! Been taking Imodium, been drinking plenty of fluids. Just seems like this last one hhas been longer to recover. has happened to anyone else ?

My last cycle lingered longer, toojessiesmom1 said:Potty Problems
Oh my goodness, yes. I remember that particular problem all too well.
But I had only 4 rounds! About the diarrhea, I actually purchased and wore Depends because I had such a problem. They honestly do not show, but I don't wear spandex, either. I never actually had an occasion when I was out in them, but I felt pretty secure at least. For, they were necessary. Arghhh. . ..
