Need help motivating my mother

My mother has been diagnosed with liver cancer 6 months ago and now shes in stage 4, I know it might be her final days but we're nost losing hope, She can barely eat,swallow , she doesnt talk either and moves only via chair sometimes, shes not interacting much with us but only with looks and hand moves.

 

Can anyone suggest any method of motivation to actually communicate more with us or make her feel better, we try our best with telling her somethings about our lives that would make her hold on to see them happen but it doesnt seem to work. Any tips or advices would be appreciated , Thanks
