Usual hyperplasia on path report.
I read pathology report. Usual hyperplasia and other things I will look up. Benign doest mean all clear it seems. Clear now. Usual hyperplasia is a precursor for csncer I looked up. Anyone here have or had this? They want to see me in 6 months. I want to know now what's going on. Dense breast and can't see. Any advice?

You can drive yourself crazy
You can drive yourself crazy looking up fancy words on the internet and imagining all kinds of scenarios that might not even be true. The best thing is to insist on an explanation in layman's language. Also a second opinion may be in order if you don't feel comfortable waiting for 6 months. They can use ultrasound for dense tissue to get an even clearer picture and it is very safe. Don't be afraid to speak up!
