Best Recipe book?
Ok, I'll confess...I am a cookbook junkie. I love looking through cookbooks (and quilting books, but that's another story). Lately I have been doing some reading in preparation for that wonderful day when my husband will be eating by mouth again. Right now he is dependent on the PEG tube. There are easy chew/easy swallow cookbooks, cancer fighting cookbooks, smoothie cookbooks....how is a girl to choose?
So my inquiring mind wants to know...do YOU have a cookbook recommendation that you would make for someone battling head and neck cancer?
