Sharon Nance (msfanciful)

I just found out that Sharon Nance has passed.  I didn't know she was so ill.  I did notice the last pictures I saw of her on Facebook she appeared very thin but did not talk about her illness.  She is one of the first women I met here in 2010.  She was beautiful and sweet.  I watched all her videos on youtube and they were informative and uplifting.  She was Stage IV and I believe she was diagnosed in 2007.  I am heartbroken once again.  It is so hard to lose women who though we never met have become an important part of my life.  I can hardly stand the pain.  And of course I am scared because I am currently in treatment again.  I hate this disease so much and what it does to our lives and our families.  When I told my son the results of my latest Petscan he broke down.  He said he thought it would be worse.  He knows as I do that one of these times it may be.  My son is 34 and lost his dad to a heart attack nearly 8 years ago.  Thankfully the tumors are in the same area and my oncologist says I may get back to remission.

My prayers go out to Sharon's family and friends and to those of you who knew her.  She was a special lady.  She had such grace.

What a loss! She was beautiful inside and out.

    Geez

I'm getting dense in my old age, with a little help from chemo.  When Debrajo said she told "him" I was looking for a companion, I didn't get it.  I thought she meant she asked God to send me a man.  Laugh for the day.
