mother's endoscopy

Hi. My mother has been having some trouble swallowing for a couple of months and some annoying coughing here and there. She saw a doctor while on vacation in Ecuador. They did an endoscopy of her esophagus and the doctor said she had a hiatal hernia but nothing malignant but I dont know, the endoscopy looks weird(but I'm no doctor so it all looks weird to me). She also had xrays and a biopsy of her of her throat done which came back clean(she says she has a very difficult time breathing when she yawns, as if a muscle in her throat shifts). Unfortunately she is in the process of renewing her insurance and has not been able to her primary doctor yet, they say she'll have her card by September 1st.

These are the pictures from her endoscopy. I think the messed up lining in the middle left image can be chalked up to stomach acid from the hiatal hernia. But what about those white spots? Thoughts? Here are the images >>> http://imgur.com/4EHLhgN

Thanks
