Fibromyalgia

in Breast Cancer #1

Has anyone out there been diagnosed with fibromyalgia while going through breast cancer and treatments.  I have had a lot of pain . Bone scan looked good. I went it doctor today and he pressed on all my trigger points that about sent me through the roof.  He's thinking definitely fibromyalgia.  He wants me to take neurontin. I also take tomixifen and still on herceptin. Does anyone know if these will interact with each other.  thank you for your advice.

    hi please talk to your oncologist

    Please talk to your oncologist before you start taking medication. Fibromyalgia s hard, however you need to make sure your oncologist approves it.
