chemo before or after resection
33 YO son just had colon cancer removed in Jan 2015, Thought the margins were good but now find out there is a nodule on one segment and two very small spots in another segment of the liver. Dr wants to do Abilation on the two small spots and then chemo and then resection of the liver for the nodule. My sone is insistant he wants the surgery before the chemo. Can't find much info about this on the net anyone have any similar stiuation or know where we can find out which (before or after rescetion) Might be better?
Thanks in advance
