The Path Report is in

Thank goodness for electronic medical records. I got the path report today - both intraoperative and post operative. Drum roll, please. 3 CM CLEAR CELL RENAL CELL CARCINOMA, FUHRMAN NUCLEAR GRADE 1, FOCALLY PRESENT AT PARENCHYMAL RESECTION MARGIN (pT1aNxMx). Based on what I have read on on the ACS website and learned from the sage members of our on line community, I interpret this as being about as good as it gets, RCC-wise. I of course will be diligent about surveillance, but it looks like I can breathe a bit easier about what's next, treatment-wise. I see the surgeon next Friday. Any thoughts on what are the critical topics to cover?
As always, thanks for all of your support and willingness to share.
Linda
