Don't know - apply and find out.
There is no way I (or anyone else) can know IF you are eligible for any government or private organization funding. Apply and you will find out if you do qualify.
Have you talked with the Financial Dept. or BC Navigator at your Center - they can help.
It is my understanding that if nodes are involved it will be Stage III. Stage is determined at surgery.
If Drs are saying StageIII, why are you saying Stage II? What type of BC are you - DCIS/IDC/ILC/IBC?

1-800-227-2345 number for the ACS to ask about getting a pamphlet on nutrition while taking chemo and talked to the most wonderful person on the other end. The number of services you get from them is tremendous...transportation, financial help with rent or food or ???
Hoping this helps ..

co-pay help
Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Fund Program. It is for breast cancer only. I applied for it and was approved. They paid my $40 co-pay for each chemo treatment after my insurance paid. You can find the program on-line and complete an application . It is worth checking out. Good luck!

My nurse navigator gave me forms from some organizations to fill out. I did get money from 2 of them. Some are based on income. Mine were since I already am on disability for another reason. Apply if they give you any forms. All that will happen is that the organization will say no. Thats a very high deductible so I think there are organizations that may help you.
