I don't check in often, but I just wanted you all to know that 5 1/2 years since my initial OVCA Stage 3c diagnosis, I'm still here.  And after 4 years of my OVCA Brain Mets, I'm still here.  There is hope.  Love you all, my teal sisters.  I pray for all of us every day.

    You would have no idea how much it lighted my heart this AM to see your post . I just celebrated my ninth year anniversary and though I'm still on chemo, I work at living as normal of a life as possible. I am so very happy to hear that you are doing so well.       ((((((Hugs))))))).    Maria

    Hi Leesa, so glad to see you doing so well, my loved one continues to battle brain Mets every so often but still having a reasonable quality of life.  Did your Mets reoccur or did you, just have that one, four years ago?  You are giving us all great hope.

    Glad to hear from you Leesa and Maria too!  I,too am still here 7 yrs after Stage 3c dx. My prayers and thoughts are with all my teal sister every day.

    to know you are doing well, Leesa.  I remember when you had the brain mets and how great it was to hear you that you got through that.  It's been a little over 5 years for me as well.  It's also great to see posts from the other ladies who have been fighting for so long.  I love you all.

    In August it will be 4 years....

    Aug 2011 Stage 3C Ovarian

    Sept 2012 Stage 1 Breast cancer

    April 2014 Ist recurrence OVCA

    April 2015 2nd recurrence OVCA

    in the middle of chemo but doing well....hope to be done in August and fingers crossed for a longer remission.
