Prostate

Don't know if I posted anything much about my diagnosis of prostate cancer a couple of years ago. I had a biopsy due to the fact that both my dad and brother had prostate cancer. The biopsy showed a minimal amount of cells in the prostate. Classified as gleason 6 which is the lowest it can go. Recently had a follow up biopsy and tghis week was told there has been no progression, still gleason 6, biopsy again in 18 months and blood tests every 6 months. All going well.

So glad to hear this!
Thanks all, Doctells me that if your a man and you live long enough you will get prostate cancer. When you are getting up there you are probably gonna get it and nothing will happen, 90% of prostate cancer types do nothing when your older, but if you are young in your 40's or 50s it can be very dangerous, so if you are 40 or more get your PSA checked.
