    Ah well!

Lumps are all a bit bigger, but not as big as they might have been. Going to try a new drug. Starts with E. I'll have a beer to keep me going

Stomps! How did I miss this post?

So sorry to hear that the lumps are a bit bigger - but at least not as big as they might have been!

Good luck with your new drug. Wishing you the best of success - and least of side effects!

    Enjoy your beer!

    Big hugs

    Bigger Sucks

That's tough. Still, you've a great attitude! The one thing in our control is our attitude.

Have 2 beers. One for me. I'd like mine to be an IPA if you have it. :)

    Hugs,

    Todd

Sorry to hear they got a little bigger but hopefully the new meds will be more successful in shrinking them. I would say have a glass of wine on me but I don't think it's good mix beer with wine :)

    Everolimus? Aka

    Everolimus? Aka Afinitor?

That is wat I've been on for a couple of weeks since Votrient stopped working after six months. Just on it ten days but I haven't experienced any side effects so way different than Votrient.

    As I understood from feading

As I understood from feading these boards, the drug which haven't worked for someone could work for the others. So it is necessary to search for "your" drug, and seems your doctors are trying it now. Don't give up and continue searching!

    The new drug

Axitinib. Anyone had any experience of this?

    Inlyta

It's also known as Inlyta.  It failed me.  It's very similar to Sutent and Votrient as it is another TKI (Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor).  It blocks the formation of new "private" blood vessels that would feed your tumors.

    Good wishes

Hopefully this new drug will work for you.  You're been through a lot and deserve a break.
