Platelets
Lorraine needs a blood transfusion tomorrow,platelet level is low.Anyone have to have to have this done? Wondering if this will tire her out.It's a 5 or 6 hour process.Just looking for any tips or advice.

Sorry Bob, I can't be of any help to you on this. However, I do know when I was in treatment, there were people getting blood before their chemo. I don't know if this helps or not. My best to you and Lorraine.
