My follow up routine - There is a lot of variance by oncologist
I had a CT scan three months after my surgery.
I then went to a CT scan every six months for two years.
Then to a CT scan annually and an endoscopy annually with blood work and a physical exam every six months for two years.
After 5 years I now have a chest x-ray, blood work, and a physical exam annually.
Most insurance companies are reluctant to pay for PET or CT scans after three years without some symptom of concern.
