New York Times Article about exercise during treatment

I made a comment to the article about the difficulty in doing exercise when you can't walk up a flight of stairs. Somebody replied that essentially whatever exercise you can get to challenge your body aerobically is helpful.
So many things one "should" be doing it seems....
I don't see myself lifting weights. But I do see the benefit of getting out for a walk as going beyond the physical and actually being mentally beneficial. As long as you can hold yourself upright, which seems to be a challenge quite often during chemo....or at least that has been my experience.
