Anyone taken TAS-102

My wife has been prescribed TAS-102 since the Folfox and Folfiri stopped working and the tumors on her lungs keep getting a little larger. I have read some things on the internet and the info the Dr's at Mayo gave her but wondering if anyone here ever did any of the clinical trials. It is close to FDA approval. Just wondering about the side effects. She did good on her 35 straight rounds of the other chemo treatments with some side effects.
