Elevated liver enzymes with carcinoid

I haven't posted in a long while.  My husband was diagnosed with carcinoid cancer 2 years ago.  He had 3 chemoembolizations to the liver last year.  He just had a repeat

CT scan and it shows that the majority of the tumors inside the liver have shrunk.  The tumors outside the liver have decreased in size or remain the same.  The blood tests show elevation of his alk phos, AST and ALT.  He goes for further blood tests on Monday.  Has anyone else had this?  Just when I think I can breathe a sigh of relief, something else happens,
