    During my post surgery from the Whipple, and again for the follow-up surgeries, they gave me Dilaudid evey four hours..., it definitely is an effective pain killer....

    Thank you Bill and John.  I might just need to print this up and keep it handy in my current journey.  Some days are more pain, some days less.  A lot depends on what I try to eat.
