Lung mets? Symptoms?

My tumor markers are up again. Doc was worried last week before we even got labs back so he scheduled a CT. I was thinking about what we talked about that got him wanting a scan. The main things were shortness of breath, getting windy easily (I about passed out going up a flight of stairs. sounded like I ran a marathon), and a small cough. I'm anxious it may be lung mets. What symptoms did you ladies have before dx of lung mets?
