Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day in honor of a little girl named Malia

Today I participated in Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day for a little girl named Malia who lost her battle with cancer.  It was her birthday today.  I bought ice cream and shared it with people in my office as well as made a donation to a kids' organization.  I can't eat ice cream any more but I did enjoy a lovely frozen fruit bar.  To all the children battling this disease and to all of my friends on the boards still in the fight, I'll be raising another frozen treat with my kids at dinner.  To good health and to finding NED for all of us!

    Sooo sad.

    I'll eat some ice cream for Malia today. I really hate cancer, especially when it takes a young one.

    Me too but I'm so glad her

    Me too but I'm so glad her family found a way to celebrate. The party was so big it trended online and included Good Mornibg America and Kevin Bacon.  Celebrating life is important.
