Keep up the NED's. Keep in mind that a perfect cretine with 1 kidney is abnormally high and a perfect gfr with one kidney is abnormally low. Given your young age you may also want to consult with a Nephrologist especially if you have any high blood pressure or diabetic issues.

Thankfully I do not have either of those issues but my regular doctor does keep a close watch to make sure that nothing crops up. So far so good.
